Our Facilities

Great Oak opened its first center in June 2007 and operated from the Old Wilmington Road Community of Fayetteville, NC.  Plans call for the establishment and operation of additional centers as our organization stabilizes and resources become available. Location of follow-on centers will be determined based on need and must be approved by the Great Oak Board of Directors.
